Why is AudiobookStand closing?
AudiobookStand has been one of the few places customers could find a broad selection of audiobooks, particularly Brilliance Publishing titles. However, today there are many options to discover and buy audiobooks, and our role in connecting listeners to Brilliance authors and titles is now smaller.

When is the last day to place an order?
We will be taking online and phone orders through July 31, 2018.

What is the last day our orders will be fulfilled?
All orders placed as late as July 31st, 2018 will be fulfilled and arrive according to the shipping method selected. Items that are in stock when the order is placed will arrive in 5 to 7 business days.

I have a preorder/backorder, what will happen to it? Will I still get my books?
Items that are preordered will ship when the book has been released in June or July. Items that are backordered will ship in 1-2 weeks of being ordered.

What if I need a replacement for a defective book?
If you purchased the book from AudiobookStand, please contact us within 30 days of the purchase to receive a replacement. Replacements may be requested until August 31, 2018 if there is inventory available. If there is no inventory available, you will receive a refund. If you purchased the book from a retailer other than AudiobookStand, please contact the retailer to receive a replacement or refund.

What if I need to make a return?
AudiobookStand will accept returns for items purchased within 30 days until August 31, 2018. We ask that you request a Return Authorization Number by August 31, 2018. We cannot accept returns after this date.

I have a gift certificate. Can I still redeem it?
We will accept gift certificates until July 31, 2018. Unfortunately, our website does not have the capability to redeem Gift Certificates online. To redeem an existing Gift Certificate, please call 1-800-854-7859 to place your order.
